Wendy Do focuses on her practice on a broad range of intellectual property litigation matters. She has experience in researching, drafting, advising, and analyzing issues related to patent infringement, trademark disputes and licensing, and corporate agreements. Prior to and during law school, Wendy interned with medical and pharmaceutical companies, including Align Technologies and Takeda Pharmaceuticals, and brings her computer science knowledge to her practice.
While in law school, Wendy served as the executive articles editor for the UC Law SF Communications and Entertainment Journal, and was the founder and president of the UC Law SF Video Game Law Society. She was a student associate for the Startup Legal Garage program, where she represented early staged Web3 and biotechnology companies on corporate matters. Additionally, Wendy served as a judicial extern to Judge Andrew Y.S. Cheng in the Complex Litigation Department of the Superior Court of California in San Francisco.
Prior to law school, Wendy worked as an administrative practice assistant at Morgan Lewis for patent prosecution and volunteered for AmeriCorps.
