Yemisi D. Ogunro focuses her practice on transactional matters involving private equity funds, hedge funds, infrastructure funds, and co-investments. She advises sovereign wealth and institutional investors with respect to their investments in domestic and international private funds. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Yemisi was a vice president in the fund administration division of a large investment bank, in the equities division of the bank, and an attorney in the corporate and securities group of another law firm.
