He counsels clients on the legal issues arising under ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, the Affordable Care Act, and HIPAA. Yongo also advises on payroll, withholding, and fringe benefits matters. Before joining Morgan Lewis, he worked at a boutique law firm in Washington, DC, focusing on qualified retirement plans and executive compensation plans.
