Zachary Messick
Zachary Messick focuses on intellectual property (IP) disputes, including in International Trade Commission (ITC) proceedings and post-grant proceedings. Zach has utilized his life sciences background to assist medical device and pharmaceutical companies of all sizes with complex technologies, including intravascular ultrasound catheters, remote electroencephalogram (EEG) monitoring, and advanced laparoscopic surgery devices.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Zach worked at multiple IP boutique law firms, where he gained experience prosecuting patents and handling IP disputes. Although Zach focuses his practice primarily in the life sciences, he has worked with a wide range of technologies, such as software, control systems, electrochemical cells, and industrial processing equipment.
