Zoe Kiely

Zoe Kiely focuses her practice on the private funds and alternative investment industries. She advises clients on the structuring, formation, and governance of private equity funds, funds of funds, venture capital funds, impact investments and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) investing. Zoe also assists institutional investors in structuring their investments in private funds and other alternative investment products.

While attending the University of Virginia School of Law, Zoe was the managing editor of the Virginia Sports and Entertainment Law Journal and served on the executive board for Rivanna Investments, a student-run investment fund.
