Anjali Deshpande advises clients such as private equity sponsors and portfolio companies, strategic buyers and sellers, and public companies on a wide range of business law matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, majority and minority investments, joint ventures, restructurings, and general corporate matters. She advises clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies and investment banks to emerging market companies across a diverse scope of industries. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Anjali was an associate in the Philadelphia office of another large international law firm.
