Jonathan Wilcon represents clients across the spectrum of the renewable and conventional energy sectors, with a focus on project finance and the development of solar, wind, and natural gas generation projects. Jon advises sponsors and financing sources, including developers, private equity and financial institutions, and utilities in connection with project financings, tax equity partnerships, tax credit sales and related insurance products; mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures; and other financial and commercial transactions in connection with renewable and conventional assets.
