2011 NELC Conference

Morgan Lewis partner Larry Turner will present "Dodd-Frank and Implications on Whistleblower Actions " at the National Employment Law Council 16th Annual Conference.

We all know that whistleblower claims are perhaps the most challenging claims to defend. To complicate matters, now there is a powerful new arrow in the quiver of the disgruntled employee-Dodd Frank. This panel will review the various types of whistleblower protections and provide practical advice on how to best defend employers from troublesome claims.
