Effective in 2013, the IRS produced two pieces of long-awaited guidance for 403(b) plan sponsors and administrators: the expanded Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System (EPCRS) and the new 403(b) pre-approved plan program.
Please join us for part one in our two-part webinar series to discuss how 403(b) plan sponsors may now take advantage of EPCRS to remedy mistakes and avoid plan disqualification in the same way that qualified retirement plans use EPCRS. In addition, our panelists will address how a plan sponsor will soon be able to adopt a prototype or model plan document that has been reviewed and approved by the IRS, providing the employer assurance that its plan meets the IRS's document requirements.
