The U.S. federal financial institutions recently adopted comprehensive regulations implementing the Volcker Rule. The rule and the new regulations will have a material impact on how banks conduct a number of securities, capital markets, and asset management activities, and the ways in which this impact will be felt are becoming clearer as the industry analyzes the regulations and their practical consequences.

This audio roundtable will discuss the impact of the regulations on key aspects of banking organizations’ business activities. Attendees are invited to submit questions in advance, and there will be an opportunity during the session to ask further questions or share experiences.
