On Thursday, November 13th, Morgan Lewis partner Marshall Stoddard will serve as moderator for a high-profile panel, “View From the Top: Large Commercial Lenders” at the 70th Annual Commercial Finance Association (“CFA”) Convention in Washington, D.C.
The panel will discuss how the current market conditions have shaped their strategies and influenced their business plans, the impact the current regulatory environment has had on the industry, and their expectations for the future. The panelists are heads of leading commercial finance firms: Wells Fargo Capital Finance, JPMorgan Chase Bank, Bank of America Business Credit, and PNC Business Credit.
The CFA is the leading association for professionals in the asset-based lending and factoring industry, and their annual convention has been the premier event for the commercial finance community for several decades. Marshall serves on the executive committee and is co-chair of the Education Foundation. In addition to this speaking engagement, Marshall has also interviewed, before the same group, former Federal Reserve Chairman, Alan Greenspan, and former Vice President of the United States Dick Cheney.
