Wyoming Infrastructure Authority Winter Energy Conference

Tuesday, February 3, 2015 - Wednesday, February 4, 2015

A number of topics will be covered relative to the horizon of energy activity in the U.S. and worldwide from regulations to new infrastructure and technology. The WIA Board will consider and possibly act on various matters of Authority business. Public comment will be accepted at the meeting. There will be a luncheon served on February 3 and a networking reception at 6:00 pm on the same day. This is a public meeting with no fee to attend thanks to our sponsors.

Steve Black will be moderating a panel on the EPA’s Section 111(d) and its impacts on February 3. He will be focusing on opportunities to develop Wyoming wind resources and will emphasize issues relating to regional cooperation and renewable energy. In addition to renewables, natural gas, transmission, and the future of coal will be front and center.
