Harry Johnson will serve as a panelist discussing “It’s a Brave New World: Significant Employment Law Developments and Trends” at the Institute for Corporate Counsel on December 2, 2015 from 3:15 – 4:15 PM.
This past year, blockbuster new National Labor Relations Board decisions, U.S. Department of Labor (and other government agency) enforcement regulations, and court decisions have transformed the employment law landscape in historic and unprecedented ways. This panel will discuss the key developments and emerging trends that corporate counsel (and the counsel who advise them) most want and need to know, offering insightful commentary along the way.
