The IDC Mid-Atlantic Directors Chapter meeting will feature guest speakers Shelly Antoniewicz, Senior Economist, ICI, and W. John McGuire, Partner, Morgan Lewis, who will discuss ETF trends and board oversight of ETFs.
The meeting will begin with a discussion about ETF trends and board oversight of ETFs. We will then discuss topics of current interest to your roles as fund directors, including governance practices and SEC regulatory initiatives.
IDC’s chapter meetings are informal and interactive gatherings for fund directors (independent and interested). They are free and open only to directors of ICI-member funds.
