Asylum Law: Representing Asylum Seekers

Asylum status in the United States may be available to certain individuals who have been persecuted or fear persecution on the basis of their race, religion, nationality or membership in a certain group.

Please join us for an informative presentation by Ayodele Gansallo, Esq. and Jonah Eaton, Esq. that will provide an introduction to Asylum Law issues, with the sources of law, persecution and overview of asylum law. This program will enable lawyers to understand some of the more complex legal opinion issues encountered from time to time in Asylum Law.
