Compliance in a Socially Conscious Environment

Associate Caiti Zeytoonian was a panelist for "Compliance in a Socially Conscious Environment," presented by the Women in Compliance. This was a panel discussion on corporate compliance issues in today’s socially conscious environment. The panelists discussed the evolution of corporate activism and case studies in which compliance issues and activism intersect. The panelists also addressed how companies can align themselves with social causes while complying with truth in advertising and consumer protection laws and how companies can tie executive compensation to corporate diversity and inclusion efforts within established legal parameters.
