Partners John Pease and Humberto Padilla Gonzalez will discuss the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act at the International Chamber of Commerce’s and Panamerican University’s Anticorruption Certificate course. Their program is a module on fighting domestic and foreign corruption presented by investigations subject matter leaders and is attended by compliance officers, government enforcement officials, and lawyers across Central and Latin America.
