Following the US Supreme Court's recent rulings that invalidated affirmative action in higher education in the cases of Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard University and Students for Fair Admissions v. University of North Carolina (Harvard/UNC), public companies are now reviewing their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to determine whether changes are warranted.
