Partner Mike Kraut will discuss outside counsel engagement guidelines as part of the panel Client Driven Culture Change: A New Frontier in the Well-Being Movement during the 2024 Well-Being in Law Conference, hosted by the Institute for Well-Being In Law. The virtual panel will center on the Mindful Business Charter and the collaborative efforts of US Bank and seven roundtable law firms, including Morgan Lewis, to create outside counsel engagement guidelines to help clients and their outside counsel interact with well-being in mind.
The panelists will touch on data showing the impact of direct supervisors and clients on well-being as well as how the charter and guidelines create space for conversations around out-of-office time, reasonable deadlines, emergency issues, and connection between professionals.
