FDLI’s Annual Conference 2024

Partner Stephen Forster will present as part of the Food and Drug Law Institute’s (FDLI) Annual Meeting in Washington, DC.

Stephen’s panel Drug Pricing: Early Returns on the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and Potential Implications of Drug Importation from Canada will give an overview of the impact the IRA has had over its lifespan. Beginning with the IRA’s impact on the pharmaceutical industry over its first two years, this discussion will also include a forward look at IRA-focused litigation and possible developments around drug imports. The panel will take place from 4:20 - 5:20 PM.
