Air and Waste Management Association’s Waste Information Exchange

Partners John McGahren and Stephanie Feingold spoke to a mixed crowd from government and industry at the Air and Waste Management Association’s Waste Information Exchange. John addressed Pitfalls for CERCLA 5 Year Reviews, while Stephanie discussed Recent EPA PFAS Rulemakings and Associated Legal and Practical Challenges. John and Stephanie each co-presented with representatives from the US Environmental Protection Agency, as well as private industry.

The Air and Waste Management Association’s Waste Information Exchange is a two-day long forum of interactive discussions on a broad range of waste-related topics. This year’s event was hosted by our firm at our Washington, DC office.
