07:30 AM - 07:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time

Partner Stephan Hornung will serve as a panelist on the Litigation Roundup panel at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 2025 New York City Bankruptcy Conference. The panel will explore timely and key issues in bankruptcy litigation. Stephan and his fellow panelists will discuss gerrymandering in the classification context, attempts to effect “backdoor” estate releases through sale transactions, and secured creditors’ entitlement to adequate protection when cash collateral is being used to maintain operations as a going concern. They will also examine the ongoing jurisdictional split over whether an impaired accepting class is required “per plan” or “per debtor” in multi-debtor plans.
