During the NYU Tax Controversy Forum, partner Jennifer Breen will present as co-moderator of the panel titled Update from the US Tax Court and the IRS Office of Chief Counsel on Thursday, June 26. Partner Handy Hevener will also be participating on Friday, June 27 as a speaker in the panel titled Employment Taxes—Civil and Criminal Enforcement.
