Practising Law Institute’s Environmental Regulation in Practice 2025: New Challenges and Controversies

Partner’s Duke McCall and Stephanie Feingold will speak at Practising Law Institute’s (PLI’s) Environmental Regulation in Practice 2025: New Challenges and Controversies program.

Duke, who is the co-host for the program, will provide opening remarks and present on the Federal Deregulation Initiatives panel, covering federal efforts at environmental deregulation and reactions at the state level and among environmental litigants. Duke's panel will be from 3:00–4:00 pm ET.

Stephanie will present during the PFAS Regulation and Litigation panel examining recent developments in PFAS litigation and federal and state regulatory efforts. Stephanie’s panel will be from 9:00–10:00 am ET.
