ACI's 7th Conference on China Trade Controls

Partner Mike Huneke will be speaking at the American Conference Institute’s (ACI’s) 7th Conference on China Trade Controls during the Pre-Conference Workshop on the panel titled Workshop A — Comprehensive Introduction to Chinese Export Controls, Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law and Countermeasures: From MOFCOM to GAC, FTL to ECL, Retaliatory Tariffs, Other Emerging Risks, and Strategies for Compliance.

This session will provide a practical overview of China’s expanding trade control regime and its interaction with US export controls and sanctions. Mike and his fellow panelists will discuss recent regulatory developments, compliance challenges for multinational companies, and strategies for managing risk amid escalating US–China trade tensions. Mike’s panel will take place on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 9:00 am ET.
