NEI's Decommissioning Conference

We are proud to announce two of our energy and infrastructure lawyers, Timothy Matthews and Brooke Clark, will be speaking on a panel at the Nuclear Energy Institutes Decommissioning Conference on November 4 in Plymouth, MA. This conference brings together policy leaders, technical experts, and solution providers across the nuclear industry to address the full spectrum of decommissioning challenges. Tim and Brooke were asked to sit on the panel NEPA Compliance and Decommissioning, which will focus on how federal actions may affect the decommissioning of nuclear sites.

Tim will be chairing the discussion and Brooke will participate as a panelist. The discussion will begin during a breakout session from 1:15–2:45 pm ET.
