Bundled Rebates: Dissecting the Regeneron Trial

Wednesday, February 25, 2026

Associate Dennie Zastrow will participate in Bundled Rebates: Dissecting the Regeneron Trial, a conversation co-hosted by the Unilateral Conduct Committee and the Health Care & Pharmaceuticals Committee of the American Bar Association’s (ABA’s) Section of Antitrust Law.

The panel covers a recent Delaware District Court case involving bundled rebates and two drug manufacturers, Regeneron Pharmaceuticals and Amgen Inc. A jury determined that Amgen had violated antitrust laws, including sections of the Sherman Act and Clayton Act, resulting in an award of $406.8 million in damages to Regeneron.

The ABA Antitrust Law Section offers more than 30 practice-specific antitrust committees that provide members with access to a wealth of valuable resources, including newsletters, webinars, in-person and virtual meetings, and interactive communities.
