2026 ABA Infrastructure and Regulated Industries Section Spring Meeting

We are pleased to announce that partner Brooke Clark will be speaking at the American Bar Association Infrastructure and Regulated Industries Section’s Spring Meeting.

Brooke will be participating on the panel The Future of Nuclear Energy in the Unted States, which will examine the recent changes to the nuclear regulatory regime, how they affect the independence and traditional authority of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and how they may affect the development and licensing of future nuclear projects. This session offers a unique opportunity to engage with leaders in regulated industries law in a collaborative and inspiring setting.
