This webinar will provide an update on noteworthy developments in federal and state PFAS regulation from the last year. We will discuss the current state of federal regulation of PFAS under the Safe Drinking Water Act, CERCLA, and TSCA and the associated legal challenges, as well as state developments in the regulation of PFAS in consumer products and other media.
Our panelists will also touch on recent trends in PFAS litigation, including actions by nongovernmental organizations, private parties, and state attorneys general.
