ABA May Tax Meeting 2026

Partners Drew Cummings, Randall Thomas, and associate Eric Albers-Fiedler will participate in the American Bar Association Section of Taxation’s upcoming 2026 May Tax Meeting, a three-day program featuring discussions and CLE sessions on current developments across federal, state, and international tax law.

Randall will speak on the panel Artificial Intelligence 101 for Tax-Exempt Organizations Lawyers.

Drew will speak on the panel Global Value, Mobile Talent: Navigating the New Frontier of International Transfer Pricing and Employee Mobility.

Eric will moderate the panel Approaches to Resolving Tax Controversies with the IRS Independent Office of Appeals.
