ABA Year in Review: Export Controls

Partner Michael Huneke will participate as a panelist on the American Bar Association (ABA) International Law Section’s webinar titled Year in Review: Export controls.

The ABA is the largest voluntary association of legal professionals in the United States, providing education, resources, and thought leadership on legal and regulatory developments across a wide range of practice areas.

The program will review recent developments in US export controls, including updates related to Canada, Syria, China, and Cambodia, as well as changes involving the Affiliates Rule, US Department of Justice disclosures, the Office of Foreign Assets Control, the US Munitions List (USML), and defense services. The webinar will discuss compliance considerations and updates to US export control policies.
