2026 Prop. 65 Conference

Partner Collie James will present during the Freshman Orientation session of the 2026 Prop. 65 Conference. The program will provide an overview of how to file a Proposition 65 case and the attorney general’s guidelines for private party settlements.

The Prop. 65 Conference is the leading program focused on California’s Proposition 65, also known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986.
