2026 California All-Tax Conference

Partner Will Gorrod will participate in the California Lawyers Association’s 2026 California All-Tax Conference, a 2.5-day event offering networking and educational panels for tax attorneys, CPAs, and government officials.

Will’s panel, I Can’t See It But I Know It’s There (Valuing Intangible Assets) – SALT, will take place on October 1 at 2:25–3:15 pm PT. The discussion will cover the California Supreme Court’s decision in Olympic & Georgia Partners LLC v. County of Los Angeles and the significant implications for the treatment of intangibles when determining assessable values for property taxation, as well as the latest trends and developments in the area of property taxation.

The California Lawyers Association is a statewide voluntary bar association for all California attorneys with a mission to provide continuing education, networking, and legislative advocacy.
