Ryan’s panel, Payor Contracting Antitrust Pitfalls for Hospitals, Hospital Systems, and Other Provider Organizations, takes place on October 7 at 3:00 pm, providing a practical refresher on the core antitrust rules that apply to the sector, an overview of recent cases, and an assessment of potential competitive effects, among other issues.
