Brady v. Maryland: Past, Present, and Future

Morgan Lewis is hosting the Federal Criminal Law Committee of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania for "Brady v. Maryland: Past, Present, and Future." This program will explore the significance of Brady violations, including an examination of the case of Congressman Ted Stevens. It will also address how such violations arise and are handled in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and offer practice tips for the audience.
