Morgan Lewis presents: Managing and Closing a Business Transaction.

The main emphasis of this presentation is the important role that a junior associate plays in the closing of a business transaction, whether it be an acquisition, a financing or a securities offering. The presenters will discuss in detail how a junior associate should prepare for a closing, what needs to be delivered at a closing, and what can be expected on closing day. Also, the presenters will talk about matters that need to be addressed post-closing, such as regulatory filings and the preparation of closing binders.
