Margaret Luo advises multinational clients on various aspects of mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, company operations, regulatory compliance and dispute resolutions. She counsels clients in all aspects of China employment law, including drafting and negotiating employment and termination contracts and advising on matters concerning remuneration, working hours, severance compensation, and non-competition. Margaret also has experience in internal investigations and enforcement actions, including anticorruption related investigations, embezzlement, conflicts of interest investigations, and compliance risk assessment. She is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
