Steven Strauss
Steven Strauss advises individuals and organizations navigating white collar litigation and government enforcement actions. His work includes False Claims Act (FCA) and qui tam litigation, internal investigations, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) matters. He has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, financial services, and retail. His experience also includes advising companies and small businesses regarding Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Steven was a litigation associate in the New York office of another international law firm.
