Morgan Lewis Advises New State Capital Partners in NWN Carousel Ownership Transition

NEW YORK, February 7, 2024: Morgan Lewis advised New State Capital Partners and its portfolio company, NWN Carousel, in the sale of NWN Carousel to American Securities LLC.

New State Capital Partners is an entrepreneurial-minded private equity firm with the ability to invest up to $100 million in equity per transaction in companies with services-based business models. American Securities is a US private equity firm that invests in companies with annual revenues ranging from $200 million to $2 billion.
