Morgan Lewis Advises Diamant Software Shareholders on Strategic Partnership with Hg

FRANKFURT and MUNICH, November 11, 2025: Morgan Lewis represented the shareholders of Diamant Software GmbH, a leading provider of accounting and controlling software, in relation to its strategic partnership with Hg, one of Europe's largest software investors.

Headquartered in Bielefeld, Germany, Diamant Software will sell a majority stake to Hg. Diamant Software founders and owners Peter and Jan Semmerling will remain significant shareholders in the company.
