Leonidas Theodosiou was quoted in a Global Competition Review article regarding the United Kingdom’s new Subsidy Control Bill that was introduced in Parliament. It will replace previous EU state aid laws and would allow UK governments to provide aid to businesses without prior approval. Leonidas states that the bill provides a “more relaxed approach” to subsidies compared to the existing EU regime.
