PHILADELPHIA, July 31, 2017: Morgan Lewis recently represented TractManager Inc., one of the healthcare industry’s largest suppliers of strategic sourcing and contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions, in its acquisition of MedApproved.
MedApproved provides a SaaS-based new product approval workflow solution to help hospitals streamline their review of thousands of products and services. The transaction will expand TractManager’s MD Buyline strategic sourcing portfolio to include automated, SaaS-based product evaluation for hospitals.
The Morgan Lewis team advising in the transaction was led by partner Barbara Shander and associate Matthew Riehle. Partners Don Shelkey, Anita Polott, Ken Kail, John Ferreira, and Michael Pedrick also assisted, along with associates Adam Prince, Jane Wise, and Adam Cole.
