MOSCOW, LONDON, December 10, 2018: Morgan Lewis has advised PJSC GV Gold (PAO Vysochayshiy) in connection with a $100 million gold prepayment transaction.
The prepayment was arranged by Société Générale under a refined gold supply agreement with a tenor of three years. The prepayment will be discharged by the company by supplying approximately 3 koz of gold a month, with the settlements focused on the LBMA morning fixing.
