SAN FRANCISCO AND SHANGHAI, March 6, 2020: Morgan Lewis is representing Kofu Hong Kong Holdings Ltd., a joint venture between Shenzhen Yitoa Intelligent Control Co. Ltd. (YITOA) and G Tech Systems Group Inc. (GTSGI), in its purchase and acquisition of all of the outstanding shares of Pioneer Micro Technology Corp. from its current shareholder, Pioneer Corp. The transaction is expected to close on or before October 1, 2020, but may be extended to 2021 if necessary.
YITOA is a public company based in Shenzhen, China, primarily engaged in electronic component distribution, software development, and electronic intelligent controllers. GTSGI is a global conglomerate based in Southern California with divisions and subsidiaries specializing in fields such as electronics, semiconductors, communication, and building industries throughout the United States and Asia.
