PHILADELPHIA, March 5, 2020: Morgan Lewis is representing The Meet Group in its approximately $500 million sale to ProSiebenSat.1 and General Atlantic’s joint company, NuCom Group. The transaction, announced March 5, is expected to close in the second half of 2020 and is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
