SINGAPORE and PHILADELPHIA, July 1, 2020: IFLR1000 Women Leaders has recognized Morgan Lewis partners Suet-Fern Lee and Joanne Soslow among its list of 300 women lawyers who are considered among the best transactional specialists in their markets and practice areas based on their work and market feedback.
Suet-Fern advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, and corporate finance. She has led some of the largest corporate transactions in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region. Her work also includes counseling companies and boards. Suet-Fern also serves on the board of directors of publicly listed companies in the region and holds leadership roles in a number of nonprofit organizations, including the World Justice Project, which promotes the rule of law globally.
Joanne counsels public companies, emerging growth businesses, and corporate venture capital groups on corporate and securities matters. She is the deputy leader of Morgan Lewis’s corporate practice and former chair of the securities and corporate governance practice. She advises clients in the energy, biotechnology, financial services, technology, medical device, and specialty pharmaceutical industries. In her transactional practice, Joanne represents companies in their complex public and private equity and debt securities activities, venture capital initiatives, and mergers and acquisitions.
