PHILADELPHIA, August 7, 2020: Morgan Lewis represented Olympus Corp., a leading medical device and life science company, in an agreement to sell its Norwalk, Ohio, facility to Nissha Medical Technologies. The transfer of the manufacturing site for therapeutic devices is a strategic component of the company’s Transform Olympus initiative, a global effort to optimize its operational structure for sustained growth.
