PRINCETON, August 24, 2020: Morgan Lewis partner Terry Johnson has been recognized as a Rising Star by the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA). The MCCA's annual class of Rising Stars honors diverse lawyers whose accomplishments and dedication to the field and to their community make them “attorneys to watch” in the legal profession. Terry is one of 20 individuals selected for inclusion this year.
Terry defends employers against employment law claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, violations of public policy, and violations of whistleblower rights. Additionally, he counsels clients on a variety of workplace and personnel matters and works with clients to develop and implement effective policies.
