In a two-part series in the Philadelphia Business Journal article, Firm Chair Jami McKeon discussed how Morgan Lewis’s diverse footprint and practice strengths helped to mitigate the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), and how significant operations in Asia helped to prepare the firm for when the pandemic hit the United States. She also discussed how an existing associate remote work program allowed the firm to swiftly transition, and the importance of fostering relationships both within the firm and with clients while remote. Jami also touched on the creation of the firm’s Mobilizing for Equality Task Force, launched in the aftermath of the death of George Floyd.
