During the webinar Rick noted that CARB is going to come up with a road map to implement California Governor Gavin Newsom’s September 23 executive order that calls for an end to sales of new gasoline and diesel engines in light-duty passenger vehicles by 2035. He and David also pointed out that President-Elect Joe Biden’s victory over President Donald Trump in the November 3 election is likely to aid CARB in pursuing its ambitious and wide-ranging greenhouse gas-reduction strategies.
